Support Tickets are answered in the order in which they arrive. We aim to respond to any tickets within a day (including out of office hours.) Please however do not send multiple tickets regarding the same issue or problem.

If we are planning downtime (for maintenance for example) we will try and let you know via email beforehand.

We cannot provide support for your own scripts (or scripts which you have downloaded from a third party) if, however, you feel the script should work on our server setup and you feel something on our server is preventing the script from working do tell us and we will investigate.

Live Support is available at certain times.

 

Your first line of support at Fusion Hosting is our support ticket system.

Clients may access the support ticket area by logging into their Billing Control Panel and selecting the send support ticket option:-
