On the left you will see a list of commonly asked questions regarding hosting and domains at Fusion Hosting.
Please refer to this list BEFORE you contact us for technical / sales support.

Before you contact support remember that:

• It can take 24 hours to set up an account, usually much much quicker but during busy periods...
• It can take up to 48 hours for a domain to propagate across the internet (this is beyond our control)
• We often carry out security checks before creating your account on the server, please be patient. Security checks may involve calling you on the phone number you provide.
• No sign of sign up email after 24 hours? Check your junk/spam folder and ensure the email address you provided is accurate! If after all these checks contact us and we’ll send it again.
