GDPR Specific TOS About At Fusion Hosting we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors and clients. We don’t sell or share email addresses or any other of your details to other companies or third parties and never have. In order to comply with GDPR we’ve put together this Privacy Policy. In short we only collect from you a username, an email address, your physical address, telephone number and a password. These details allow you to create an account with us and host your websites and domain names on our platform.  We NEVER store your financial information on our servers. Cookies We place a small Cookie on your computer when you log in to your client area. This allows you to navigate around the client area without being logged out. This cookie does not store any personal information on your computer, it is a session cookie and is deleted once you close the browser. It is valid only for that session. Analytics When someone visits the Fusion Hosting website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Google Analytics does not function when you are logged in to your client area. Analytics ONLY applies to the main public area of our website. Stored Information Your username and password, email address and physical address and phone number are stored on a database on the server. The passwords are encrypted. Other information is stored as plain text but are stored in a secure fashion and password protected, additionally the Admin area is locked down so that only a Fusion Hosting employee connecting from a specific IP address coupled with a strong password can access this information. Mailing Lists We don’t use any mailing list or newsletter services or features. Third Parties We share no data with third parties, other than the domain registrar and the payment processor. Our payment processor is PayPal, you can view their Privacy Policy here: https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full Our Domain Registrar is usually Enom, you can read their Privacy Policy here: https://www.enom.com/terms/privacy.aspx Only your contact information is shared with these entities, never your password. Access Under the new GDPR rules you have a right of access to your data, you may therefore request to see or amend your data. We see the same data that you see in your client area. Except for your password which is encrypted by the system. If you wish to change any of the information we hold about you simply email info@fusionhosting.co.uk or log in to your client area and manually change your information. However, your information must be accurate in case we need to contact you for legitimate business purposes regarding your hosting and domain services. If you no longer use our hosting and domain services you may request account deletion at any time. Inactive accounts are removed from the system after 12 months.
