Accounts are usually set up within half and hour or quicker, however sometimes accounts can take up to 24 hours to be set up. If you have not received your login info within 48 hours, email us and we will investigate and possible problems. Do check your SPAM folders and/or allow email from the fusionhosting.co.uk or fusiondomains.co.uk domain.

You cannot host adult material on Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum accounts.
We may at our discretion provide adult hosting on future servers.

Unless you have a reseller account (more info soon) you cannot resell your webspace.

You can upgrade/downgrade at any time, please just ask and we will arrange the change.
