Our Nameserver details will be included in your welcome email, remember that you’ll need to contact your current name provider to update the records.
However depending on which server your account is hosting on, your nameserver details are likely to be:
NS1.FUSIONHOSTING.CO.UK
NS2.FUSIONHOSTING.CO.UK
You should check your welcome email for confirmation of this.
If you did not buy your domain name from us you will need to ask your domain name provider to update your nameserver details, or use your providers control panel. Updating of nameservers can take up to 72 hours to complete. If you still can't see your site after 72 hours contact us and we'll look into it for you. The time it take for names to resolve is totally beyond our control.
We use various non branded nameservers for reseller accounts so don't be suprised if you see a nameserver you dont recognise, if in doubt check with us and we'll confirm if it belongs to us. You may see 3x6.co.uk or usahostingcafe.info as nameservers, don't worry this is normal. Resellers are encouraged to register their own nameservers for whitelabelling purposes.
